Logisco is a company with over 50 years of experience in the construction and management of residential and commercial buildings. With more than 5,000 residential units, 3 autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors' residences, 525,000 sq.ft. of commercial space, and hotels to manage on the South and North Shores of Quebec, Logisco's mission is to offer its clients an impeccable quality of life.
Customers appreciate the professionalism of Logisco's agents, especially those who provide friendly and quick service. Recent reviews highlight the excellent customer service, mentioning how staff like Alex and Elisabeth are very friendly and efficient, making the rental process simple and fast. The cleanliness of the premises and good soundproofing are also praised, showing attention to detail.
However, some comments point out that losing the rent key can lead to high charges, nearly 300 dollars if someone outside of business hours unlocks the door. Customers are advised to be careful with keys to avoid unexpected fees. Overall, the agents are regarded as exceptional, and many recommend Logisco for its quality service.
Don't lose your rent key, because if they have someone come outside of business hours to unlock your door, they will charge you almost 300 dollars. I made a complaint, I hope they will lower the bill, otherwise I will inform the radio. I'm not in favor of hiring a lawyer, it's going to cost me more. But the broadcast news might talk about it
From the phone call to the visit, the Logisco agents were very professional. I recommend the agent Marilyle Gervais who explained everything to us and accompanied us for 2 hours to make several visits. We liked the Muso apartments for pet lovers
