I don't recommend buying your glasses here, lavue.ca sells junk. My glass has come out of its frame 10 times. And what's more, when you receive them, they don't even adjust them for you. You don't even have to be an optician to work there. I have to put my old pair where the view is less strong because I can't even buy a pair for two years without paying the full price. $455 for crap like that. I don't even have the report of my vision

I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had at La Vue Lévis. Not only were the lenses of my glasses poorly made, leading to blurry and uncomfortable vision, but also, despite my legitimate concerns, the manager refused to reimburse me or find an adequate solution, forcing me to wear them anyway, saying that he will not be in any danger ‼️ ?. To make the situation worse, after having benefited from a shared offer for an eye exam which should have been free, the establishment now refuses to provide me with my vision prescription. This practice is deceptive and goes against customer trust and respect. I ask La Vue Lévis to immediately rectify this situation... read full review

Truly a disservice from start to finish for my daughter's glasses! And there after 1 year the frame breaks and not able to replace it << the model no longer exists >> you have to buy all the lenses and frames! I really advise against it!
