Simple and quick claim for serious illness, very good support from the team, the advisor came in person to give me my check and the nurse is friendly and empathetic. I give 4 stars because the phone wait time is high. A bit of a wait to get an agent assigned but once done, everything was handled quickly. Request sent in June and payment made in August.
