I went in today to learn about the necessary pool chemicals to get my new pool started. I was approached by Mallak, the kindest saleswoman ever! She took the time to explain every single product to me, how to use each product, how often and how to test my water. She was extremely patient, kind and knowlegeable. She even guided me towards a promotion for shock treatments and saved me some money. I cannot thank her enough for all the guidance she gave me! I recently purchased a spa and a pergola from Trevi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chantal provided outstanding service from start to finish. She guided me through the purchase process with care and professionalism, and what really stood out was her follow-up. Even after 7 months—due to an early snow season delaying our yard completion—she continued to check in and make sure everything was on track.
