Excellent service, I bought a necklace and pendant with my sons initials this weekend. The team was so sweet to him and made him feel special, they really went above and beyond. I will surely be returning to this store!

The service by all employees is caring, listening to one’s needs and very professional. Annie has always gone out of her way to help me with gift ideas or personal purchases. Though recently, my order has still not arrived and it can be upsetting for me as it was for a gift in mid June, I understand that it’s not the employees fault and Annie has always been reassuring with much respect and kindness that it’s on its way. Nevertheless, it’s always been a pleasure to shop at Thomas SaboCarrefour Laval.

Hi Thomas Sabo team, Carrefour Laval. I would just like to say thank you so much. I had brought my husbands bracelet to get repaired end of December, I only picked it up today. I received a call that it is ready a few weeks back. I apologized that I hadn't come to pick it up earlier since my father unexpectedly passed away in January. It has been a very hard 2 months. When i came to pick it up today, it was already hard enough getting out of my house, and ready to pay for the repair (it was just the elastic, not the stones), the person I spoke to on the phone originally wrote a note to not charge me for the repair in good faith.
