Rip off - when I pay for this service I expect to come out happy, and if I come back in, that I still leave happy.

1 - They're pricier than others AND they make you buy your own tools which I think is ridiculous! I came back the NEXT DAY one nail CHIPPED, and when she was done, I asked for cuticles to be cleaned up because I only noticed they WEREN'T after I went home. She said that's a manicure not a refill and that I should have told her from the start???! UMMM ....REFILL INVOLVES redo of NICE nails and nice nails = cleaned around so that you're work looks GOOD...AND WHO'S THE PROFESSIONAL HERE? who's seeing my nails behind the dusty plastic barrier they have...read full review

My first experience at the place! They make you purchase your nail filer and buffer for a minimal fee. The place doesn’t look like much from outside but its very clean and hygienic. Since your purchase your nail filer, buffer , all other items are immediately but in disinfectant.They are very attentive to your request and take the time to do what you want. I brought pictures and it was even better then what i showed.Bravo!!!Service: Manicures

The attention is good, they make you buy your own articles to polish your nail to have personalized one that's good to me. However, I was next to a person with acrylic nails that use strong chemicals and I got out with sore throat, the ventilation seems not good enough for that kind of products
