Ongles Universels is a clean and hygienic salon with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is super nice, accommodating, and attentive to requests. Customers purchase their own nail file and buffer for personalized use, while all other items are disinfected. The service is amazing, with great attention to detail. However, ventilation can be an issue when strong chemicals are used nearby.
My first experience at the place! They make you purchase your nail filer and buffer for a minimal fee. The place doesn’t look like much from outside but its very clean and hygienic. Since your purchase your nail filer, buffer , all other items are immediately but in disinfectant.They are very attentive to your request and take the time to do what you want. I brought pictures and it was even better then what i showed.Bravo!!!Service: Manicures
The attention is good, they make you buy your own articles to polish your nail to have personalized one that's good to me. However, I was next to a person with acrylic nails that use strong chemicals and I got out with sore throat, the ventilation seems not good enough for that kind of products
I simply adore this place. I've been going to this salon for 2 years now and will continue going there for a very long time. The ladies and the gentleman working there are fantastic, personable, professional and talented. My nails always look awesome and people always have nice comments about my nails :). I definitely recommend this place, they're the best!
