I have been a Mazda owner since 2018, having owned many models from the Cx-3, Cx-30,Cx-5 and the latest one Cx-90. Although my first purchase was at this dealership, I switched for my second car to the one near my house. Unfortunately the service I got the second and third time around wasn't felt as an appreciated and valued customer. I chose to come back to this dealership in Laval only for the sole reason that I remembered how well I was treated in 2018. I wasn't wrong to make the drive and to come see Mr.Carlos Da Silva. A very nice dealer. I really liked the service, a nice welcome and A+ after-sales service I had a bad experience in Albi and I must say that Mazda de Laval is 100 times better.
