Last month, we dealt with Duro-Toit roofers for a water infiltration problem and we were not disappointed. We received email returns very quickly, less than two hours after sending the communication. Following an inspection, they came to do repairs in two (2) stages and we were very satisfied. The employees who came were very courteous and were able to explain to newbies like us the repairs carried out in clear and concise language. A special mention goes to Mr. Matthew Murphy who followed our file in both repair processes and always provided exemplary customer service. Excellent professional service. Speed of intervention following a water leak, after the call in 45 minutes the team was present. I recommend without hesitation. Four weeks later my roof was done in 1 and 1/2 days..Very satisfied with the serviceThanks to Luc and his team.
Excellent service. Professional estimate, the employees took the time to explain the project to me and contacted me in case of doubt. Half roof completely redone in less than a day, quality work. Good customer service and good experience with the sales team. Pleasantly surprised!
