Had a small misunderstanding after ordering by phone some flowers for a friends birthday. They unfortunately were not able to deliver on the actual day, however after speaking with Davino (sorry if i spelt your name wrong), he assured me they would redo the bouquet and send it out again early the next day. My friend was extremly happy with her flowers and the surprise. Big thanks to the staff at Lelili for making a bad situation 100% better. (small suggestion: if you are ordering by phone however is to be clear on your deliver times you require)

This beautiful heart shaped floral arrangement was for my aunt's funeral and everyone found it so original in comparison to all other flowers present.
