They rented an excavator from my Employer and stole a SnapOn flashlight from the engine bay instead of reporting that they found tools they didn't own in the machine they didn't own and rented.
Your drivers are completely finished mentally, driving like crazy when there are children in the street and brushing very, very close to people. What is the point of the loaders following each other if it is zero methodical and you leave a lot of them in the street and empty the entire street by coming to throw it on a single land while it is all deplayer and clean.
It costs nothing to think and work intelligently.
