I’ve had multiple experiences with this store, and this review is not about their products but about their customer service.
As an interior designer, emergencies on site can happen. This was honestly the first time I’ve seen a team care this much. Even though they barely knew me and my request was for a very small emergency project, they went above and beyond.
Two days before the holidays, I needed help finding someone to apply microcement on a small vanity. Despite the very small quantity involved and little profit for them, they contacted their network and tried everything to help me.
Their attitude, effort, and professionalism were truly impressive. Highly recommended.
