Make a low price to get the contract. Once the demolition is done, the price is multiplied by 5. And if you do not accept, he abandons the site and you will live in a construction site while you find another contractor.

Job more or less well done. Grout everywhere not cleaned (requested cleaning 2-3 times and never done). I had to validate and ask him to complete the work and after payment poufff impossible to reach him and honor the breach. I can't say that I would highly recommend. If you have another company, go with Construction Astragone.
Pro: Completed the work in a reasonable time.
Con: Cheap materials, lack of grout everywhere, poorly cleaned, we charge a lot to apply a can of anti-slip spray which was not even applied everywhere.
