Long story short: after an oil change , the car started having problems immediately. When I called to complain they had the car towed back to the shop without hesitation. After checking everything EVANS realized what was the problem. It may or may not have been related to the oil change ( air intake problem) and was a minor fix. He was patient enough to explain everything to me AND fix the problem.The way Evans handled the situation should be the gold standard for customer service. It was a very fast oil change place, no line up and finished within 20 minutes when i went in the morning of around 10 am. They work in front of you and show me the stick to prove the oil is full after their work.The only thing I didn't give 5 stars was because I found coupons from their website, and it's said for Toyota $74,99But my Toyota RAV4 has to use different oil, so I had to pay with tax $109.22. Oh well.

This is a popular place for oil changes.3 cars ahead of me.But with 3 bays,expert mechanics, fast service.Also pointed out that my coolant was in need of changing.My first choice for oil changes.You don't even get out of your vehicle.Service like royals.
