I just had a wonderful experience at Institut MC! There was a glitch in the online booking system which resulted in me not getting the treatment I had initially booked for. Upon arriving and expressing my disappointment, receptionist Catherine was extremely empathetic and apologetic and explained that it was a technical error beyond their control. She was then able to use her magic powers to help find an esthetician who was able to accommodate me. In walks Shelly, who was adaptable and kind and friendly and very good at what she does. Overall, what could have been a disappointing experience turned out to be the highlight of my day (which says A LOT given I was there for a bikini wax)! 🤣Thank you, thank you!
J’adore! Excellent institut esthétique avec un professionnalisme hors pair et une expertise extraordinaire. L’Institut est axé sur la qualité du service et la personnalisation des soins et des produits pointus de très bonne qualité. Je suis client depuis plus de vingt ans et je fais des soins régulièrement donc je recommande vivement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!
