Got my ps5 fixed at a good price still a tiny bit pricey for just the hdmi port but much better than anywhere else rather than doing it official where it was, not even joking almost 4x more expensive the person I thought was mean but he’s just very straight to the point and had no problem with me calling asking for updates so I do recommend!
Greatest repair shop ever!
They fixed my Ps5 in a pretty good time. It was fixed in about 2 weeks and they were really busy with other customers.
They work the best to their ability and are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are professional and say what the issue is without saying unnecessary things. Their repairs are a great price.
Sometimes they take awhile to fix your console, which is okay because they have a small team and many things to fix. You need to understand if they can’t fix the problem with your console because it’s not fixable or they might need to order parts to fix it.

I've been going to see Joel from since I was a teenager. Sure his store can be cluttered but it's a paradise for game collectors. You can spend a lot of time just looking at the older systems and other paraphernalia that he has.
Joel is a great guy. He's very fair with his trade in value and negotiations. He's also repaired a few of my systems over the years, PS1, 2, a computer monitor and more. It's always great work and of something doesn't work he'll take it back with no charge. People need to remember, he is not the geek squad with instant repairs but he puts time and care into your product.
