“Decent experience overall but I have mixed feelings about the scheduling process. While the service itself was top notch and the massage therapist really focused on the tension in my shoulders, the front desk seemed a bit disorganized when I arrived for my appointment. It took about ten minutes to get checked in which cut into my treatment time slightly. Once I was inside the treatment area everything was perfect so I might give them another shot in a few months to see if the front office flow improves.“
