Voici l'histoire: Suite à plusieurs appels chez divers plombiers, pour un changements de chauffe-eau que j'était dû ( chauffe-eau plus de 12 ans et allait mal. c'est celui qu'il avait lorsque j'ai acheté la maison. Je voulais aussi passer de 60 G a 40 Gallons). J'ai opté pour cette compagnie qui m'avait dit 1050$ + Tx= 1207,5$ Tout Tout inclus (valve/tuyaux/pas de frais cachés). Ma collègue de travail qui était avec moi lors de l'appel peut très bien confirmer tout l'appel qui c'est passé sur speakerPhone. J'ai pris la peine de confirmer... read full review

Really this company avoided the first call made to explain the problems, took my contact details said that he would call me back later, no return, I called back a second time in the same day answered me (a little forgotten I think) said that he will call me back very soon NEVER had a return yes not strong! Another call was made on Tuesday after Labor Day, I left a message again to find out if availability still NO RETURN call lack of professional ethics.

I contacted him simply to come and unclog my bathroom sink. We make an appointment on a given day and he tells me that he will come by in the afternoon. My partner takes leave and waits all afternoon. Nobody passes...I'll contact you again the next day to see if we can set up a new appointment. Message on voicemail, no return call (even if only to apologize for not showing up the first time). Quite disrespectful and total lack of professionalism.
