So far...we are very satisfied with BEAUTERRAIN’s job in my neighbourhood of Candiac this winter 2020-2021. And during a pandemic, they have adapted well with giving a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not only we got the best price of all the other snow removal companies around...they also take the time to give us a heads-up via email and notify us that they will be passing by a certain time in the morning or during the day...so if you want them to remove the snow on your pavement that you may choose to move your cars to the street so they can clear the snow out from your parking spot. It has been snowing all day yesterday and it hasn’t stopped, yet. Today, they pass by at 8:30 am and came back an hour later to give a second sweep of our parking. Thank you for your service!
