I came up with a solution in mind to fix my computer with strange symptoms. I talked to the clerk (Antony if I remember correctly) about it and he recommended something else that he thought was more likely.
He found the part for me at a low price and that solved my problem. It was even cheaper than the initial part I wanted to change.
We are far from Roussel who just wants to sell and it shows. Roussel I ask 1 question and it's direct, well bring it to us.

After several years of trusting them I realized that I had not evaluated them... They have always maintained my machines, from assembly to modifications. they are the real machines. I remember at the beginning when I didn't have the salary that I have now... They will do everything not to break the bank, go and look for performance for the best price. We buy used parts there with store credit and it's reasonable no matter they find a way! You can also order what you want and it's fast. Their new location is on the check mark. I'm giving it 5 stars but here's why I thought about it.I received very good service when I arrived, I was recommended several models and I was convinced that there was a model in the warehouse that would look good but that needed to be reassembled. And yes, I accepted without seeing it. The work was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours but 6 days later (closed Sunday included), I still had no news.After calling and inquiring about the situation, I was told that my PC had only arrived yesterday and would be done today.I understand that you are moving but it remains important to notify the customer and above all to avoid surprises.As for PC, it's undoubtedly... read full review
