Centre Sylvain Gagné Inc. provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, known for its excellent after-sales service. The business is praised for the piercer's professionalism, respect, and attention to detail, making it the reference in Saguenay for piercings. Clients describe the staff as kind, attentive, and very professional. The receptionist, Dominique, is recognized as a "golden employee." Sylvain, the piercer, is commended for his kindness, listening skills, and the care he provides to his clients, even reassuring a young customer during the piercing process. The centre is known for its cleanliness, and customers leave satisfied with the service they receive.
Following a bad experience they advised me even if the problem did not come from them. After a little over a month of waiting, my partner went to pierce my 5 year old's ear again. From making the appointment, to the drilling, everything was wonderful. Listening and above all very reassuring, my daughter only talks about Sylvain and how he was kind to her. My only regret is not having gone to see him from the start. I highly recommend.
Everyone knows how stressful it is to get pierced. Well not only did I come out more than satisfied, I also had a great time. Sylvain is super kind and attentive. It REALLY takes all the time you need and what can I say about Dominique at reception! Being in business myself, I know how to recognize a golden employee and that’s exactly what she is. A long-standing institution in Jonquière that I highly recommend
