Finally there was a response from them, and everything seems to be headed in the right direction. This is the reason why I now give them a passing grade. Once the file is finished, I will adjust my comment accordingly...
Honestly, they did a good job at the beginning, but they completely dented the front door when taking out the waste following the disaster. They told me they were taking care of replacing it, but I've already been waiting for over 5 months, with text messages to back it up. I even contacted the owner who thanked me for calling him, and who promised to call me back the next day. But I've been waiting for his return for 2 months already.
