Today I braved Boxing Day to go change my cell phone. I was welcomed by a super well-organized IT department, despite the number of customers and the big day. Many thanks to Davidson who made sure everyone was well supported and who made sure my new package met my expectations. Thanks also to Nicolas for installing my screen protector and to Vincent for his help too. I didn't have the opportunity to do business with Nehemie, but I'm not worried that his service was on the mark too. 😁

The staff will help. However, the geek squad is monopolized by a little bearded man who is extremely stupid, rude and mean. The presence of this man is enough to make me leave the store and the memories he leaves me completely hateful of this store
