The company offers a wide range of in-ground, integrated, and above-ground pools, as well as spas and outdoor furniture. Customers praise the knowledgeable and friendly staff who are happy to answer questions and assist with purchases. The store's clean, welcoming atmosphere and well-organized layout are also appreciated by shoppers. Visitors are impressed by the quality and selection of products, particularly the patio furniture. Many highlight the excellent customer service they have received, describing their experience as "delightful" and "10/10." I am an anglophone who gets my spa water tested and buys chemicals at the Gatineau location. With my broken French, I still get assisted and my business is welcome.
Years ago, I had a pool and we preferred the selection and service from Trevi over another retailer. So, when I had a spa installed, I purchased a gazebo from Trevi and the lady that served us seemed happy to work there. So at ease and genuinely happy.
Client service is key for me as I came from over 35 years in this industry and I have expectations. And so, I continue to return to Trevi.

Ive been a Trevi customer now for 26 years, The pool was purchased and installled 1998, since then it has been problem free, stable and we are very happy with it. The initial pool liner lasted 26 years before replacement. We contacted Trevi for the new liner 2024 and the installation was on time, and the technical staff did a fantastic replacement - All in a short timeframe, They started the job at 16:00 hrs to my surprise and it was in and being filled before dark. There was one slight issue which one year later became problematic. I contacted Trevi and they responded within a few days - They resolved the issue and there was no charge - respectably honouring the workmanship...read full review
