Wow! What a great team at O'Spot. Winston’s care was exceptional and the skill and good vibes from everyone at the store/grooming centre made his/our entire experience (booking through grooming) a pleasure. Gros merci. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
Great spot to take your pet for some lovely caring grooming. Taken my dog several times here.They did a great job with him every time, and he comes out very happy! Friendly staff and convenient location.
The staff is very nice and when I called for information to see if they had availability, they were able to give me an appointment the same day.
My only issue with the service: I was given an estimate cost of 60$ an hour +15$ for the shedding treatment and they also told me a bath + drying/brush would not take more than 1 hour and a half for my dog (45-50lbs sled dog type).
After almost two hours and a half, they were not close to being done and I ended up paying close to twice the price I was first given. This is the first time that I encounter a groomer that doesn't charge flat rates and does hourly, so maybe this is normal... read full review
