I just had a treatment with Christophe Meyer and it was amazing! I am an active athlete with good mobility and flexibility but some chronic injuries (right hip, right shoulder and more) has created tension and imbalances and pain between my right and left side of the body. I am wanting to be proactive so that the tension from these injuries are released so I can enjoy my active lifestyle for the long term.Christophe is a highly intuitive, confident caring pratictioner and is so knowledgeable about the body. His techniques are a combo of deep tissue work, fascia release + movement (like active release technique).I feel sooo good!I highly recommend Christophe!

I just got home from one of the best massage treatments! My therapist, Audri-Eve Lavigne was excellent, she worked really hard to make sure of release all my tension. Great Place, spotless, very porfessional!
