Wow, where do I start. First and foremost huge thanks to Sam in the service department.
We are on a trip across Canada and this happened.
2026 Mitsubishi Outlander just over 8000 km’s engine malfunction comes on.
We were told to drive to nearest dealer, which was Gatineau QC. Arrived at around 5 pm and couldn’t be looked at that day they were booked solid. SAM squeezed us in for next day 8:30 am.
Were there till ten but couldn’t find the problem Sam gave us a ride to our hotel. (unplanned stay but what a beautiful city)
Sam called us a couple hours later, picked us up brought our vehicle back all fixed.

I brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring to have it detailed and clean. Why bring my Elantra to Rallye Mitsubishi? Well my wife's brother, Donald has been detailing and cleaning the vehicles for them for many years and to be honest, I had my doubts that my car, a 2012, could be brought back to look like a brand new car again. WOW, PLEASE, let me tell you, and yes Donald is my brother in law, but and I am not praising him because he is family, but I am praising his talent. I told my wife that I will need to be impressed and trust me, I am. When he returned my car after he was done, I could not believe it, I joined pictures to show you.
