I had an appointment today and Phil took care of cleaning the ducts and installing the duct flaps. I have never had such quality customer service: it was simply fantastic and exceptional. Phil explained the whole process to us and was very friendly, cheerful and breathtakingly kind. Really well done ??? Plus, he cleaned everything.. With everything that came out of my ducts ? I don't know how he managed to leave it all clean?? In any case, I am a 1000 satisfied customer %... Gwen also at reception is exceptionally kind, she was able to find me a replacement solution for my valves... keep up the good work. I had relied on the Google reviews which were generally positive but I was wrong, I regret having chosen Propair instead of Air Pure. Air pure was $75 cheaper and I still chose Propair for the availability of the appointment in the same week. The employee arrived at my house on time, but his appearance quickly let us understand that he had gotten up on the wrong foot. He didn't explain in any way what he was going to do for work, nor did he smile. My partner and I were uncomfortable. When he left he showed me the before and after photo without explanation.
