They have handled various wildlife issues, such as relocating a raccoon and addressing a rat problem, with care and professionalism, ensuring the safety of both customers and animals.
Melissa was absolutely wonderful with my cockroach scare. She was professional, sympathetic, kind, punctual and totally understanding of my phobia. She is an absolute gem! We need more Melissa's in this scary world at times for those of us with deep seated phobias. Thank you sincerely Melissa.
Mario from Nature Pest Control was absolutely great. He removed a hornet's nest from our backyard with total professionalism and care. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation efficiently and safely. His calm demeanor and expertise turned a stressful problem into a smooth, reassuring experience. Highly recommend Mario if you're dealing with any pest issues! As for their office staff, Annette was a delight. She was friendly, organized, and scheduled the work to fit my schedule.
