Nadon & Fils

Nadon & Fils Inc. has been a leader in the flooring market in the Outaouais region for over sixty years. They offer a wide range of quality flooring options, including hardwood, laminate, carpet, and ceramic tiles, as well as competitive prices on paint, wallpaper, blinds, and related home decor products. Their sales and installation services aim to exceed customer expectations.

Many reviews highlight the competence, dedication, and friendliness of the team, with customers expressing satisfaction with the excellent service provided. The staff is described as welcoming and attentive to customer needs, offering a good selection of products and helping with choices, particularly with flooring and paint.

However, there are some negative experiences regarding installation services. One customer reported disappointment with the installation of ceramic tiles, citing issues with the alignment and color discrepancies, along with long wait times for service. This experience led to a lack of referrals from that customer, indicating room for improvement in customer service.

Overall, Nadon & Fils is recognized for its customer-friendly atmosphere and product variety, but they may need to address installation quality and customer service responsiveness to enhance their reputation further.
