Went in for an inspection and diagnose of a check engine light, was amazing service. They provided with pictures and proof of anything that needs to be fixed, asked many questions and they answered them all with great detail. It is very professional and i would definitely recommend.
I dropped in on Friday June 5th, 2026 to make an appointment for my much needed brake job. To my pleasant surprise, I was told that I could bring my car in at 1 pm, and the technicians after lunch would be able to immediately do the job. I left them my car, walked to Lac Leamy to go swimming and was waiting for a ride which was delayed due to all the construction and the rush hour traffic. I called Midas, told them I was trying my best to walk back to them, in time to pick up my car at 5h30. I always go to Gatineau because of the premium customer service from the whole team. Kea attentionto customers' needs and always suggest or guide you accordingly.
Only from my recent repairs, the parts amounts were much expensive that the dealer. I am concerned about that.. Except that, I always recommend this store.
