I went to Midas Gatineau yesterday for a tire change at peak time in the season. When I returned to pick up the vehicle an oil change was performed by accident. Being extremely busy I left the vehicle with them and returned to pick it up. Upon going to pay, Paul went through the price of the tire change and then waved the fee altogether. I wanted to pay for the service as I received a tire change and a synthetic oil change and he refused to accept any payment. I would like to thank Paul for the honest service and honourable gesture. I have been there in the past and will continue to be a customer in the future.
Recently took my vehicle there for the first time for an exhaust replacement. Paul and his staff were very friendly, did a great job! Very happy with the experience. Will be returning for sure.

Paul and the guys at Midas saved my butt. I was day-tripping to Ottawa when an overheat light turned up in my dashboard.
Dreading that I would have to wait days for a service, and have to rent a car, or stay in a hotel, I called a bunch of places only to be turned away.
I should have called Midas first. I would have saved a lot of stress. Paul scheduled me in right away, did an efficient diagnostic, and provided the service I needed to get home safe—inexpensively, quickly, and charmingly.
If I lived in Gatineau, they would have earned a customer for life.
