Among other things, I had the chance to be served by Karilyne and she was very patient and took the time to understand my needs. Also very flexible service - it is appreciated to be able to try on frames independently if necessary and put them aside for a few days before making a decision.

Very disappointed with the service when ordering new glasses. When ordering, I found that the price explanations and information were unclear. But it was especially during delivery that I found the service sloppy! When I was called to tell me that the new glasses had arrived, we had to make an appointment to collect them. Fine, but no appointment available for 3 days, too bad. However, upon arrival at the store, the person who received us only took out the glasses, placed them on my daughter's nose and asked her if everything was correct and that was it. I called to make an emergency appointment because my brother had received a piece of wood in the eye and the assistant found him an appointment immediately! In a short time, he was taken care of, diagnosed, helped and prescribed products for his eye. Without hesitation, the optometrist offered him a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was healing well, which my brother obviously accepted. All for more than affordable fees!Impeccable and experienced service, thank you very much!
