Great customer service!! Mark was very professional, friendly, so helpful and very reliable. He took care of our pest issue despite having to come back a few times for the same annoying reason. He was helpful, and always responsive when I contacted him. He also lives up to his 6 month guarantee. I would highly recommend his extermination services to anyone.

We called Extermination Parasitex just before Christmas and not only did Marc return our call quickly but was at our house the next day with his thermal machines. He provided an exceptional service throughout the whole non-chemical process. The treatment was VERY efficient and within just a few days, we could « sleep tight » again. Excellent service! I called 4 places and this place was the ONLY one who even called me back. I had an infestation of Boxelder bugs, they came the very next day sprayed and everything seems to be under control since! Great company!
