Worst service I have experienced. Zero professionalism.
I signed a contract and sent the e-transfer. When the first storm arrived, I was told the payment had not been received and that it might be in the spam folder, which is not my responsibility.

I was left without service during winter, and no effort was made to find a solution. The response I received was cold and unprofessional, stating that no more clients could be taken.

This was a bad experience and a mistake on my part. I should have trusted the previous reviews.

Worst snow removal company I have seen. During the penultimate border, they came 3 days later to yard when there was no more snow because I shoveled my driveway because I couldn't go home and it had melted. So really incompetent. And yesterday we received some snow and it still hasn't passed. Yet all my street (who do business with another company) are done. When you leave a message of dissatisfaction on their Facebook, they delete your message.
