I really feel a need to leave a review here. I feel our medical professionals in the Outaouais are one of the most important components of our society and they are often under appreciated
I was having a health and mental health crisis in my life approximately 6 months ago. I was lucky enough to be directed to this clinic
Here I met the most caring, compassionate, professional group of health care workers- possibly in Canada. From the receptionist, to the nurse Bridgette, to all of the people I have met in this office

My experience has been very positive. My family doctor moved to this clinique about a year ago. Receptionist was great, I was having difficulties getting an appointment at the previous clinique and reception really helped me out. I had an appointment within 2 weeks. Very friendly staff. So far, I'm impressed.

This is not our regular clinic, but my husband made an emergency appointment at the clinic for Saturday and when he showed up, he simply could not find it!!! There are no signs that the clinic has moved, nor signs how to get to it. He finally found a way inside the building, but there are repairs works inside and again no sign on where is the clinic!!!! This is simply not acceptable to take an appointment and to give inexistent addresses to patients!!!!
