Adjustments are done with attention and precision, reflecting the high level of care. While the price remains very good and the variety is extensive, some customers have noted the need for appointments for all services and wish the eye test service was available, as they would prefer to transfer all their files. Overall, BonLook combines fashion and vision health, providing excellent service and a wide range of glasses to suit all preferences.
The moment I walked in, you could feel the warmth of the employees. I have to be honest, this BonLook makes a good job at selecting good and patient employees. The people who served me were two men, one in the counter where they fix glasses and the other where glasses are bought.
All in all incredible customer service, quick, effective, and nice.
The service has always been great!
The only less positive comment I would have to share is that I find it a shame that the eye test service is not available because I would transfer all our files with you!
Excellent service!! The adjustment of my glasses was carried out with attention and precision. The employees are all very friendly. A special thank you to Chouaĩb for impeccable service! :)
