I had a problem with my AirPods which were about 1 and a half months old, it wouldn't connect and Apple service told me to go to Microtech to have them checked by their Apple specialist. After a few days he called me back and told me that my Airpods had no problem and that it worked very well and that it was probably a problem of interference with another Bluetooth object in the house, I went to get it and immediately left the room. store directly in the parking lot I tested them and still did not work.... very disappointed with the service, I decided to go directly to Apple, the clerk took my Airpods and in less than 2 seconds it was already there what's the problem...read full review

My work PC wouldn't start this morning. Went to take it in the morning and they called me back at the beginning of the afternoon to tell me it was repaired. Always had excellent service with the whole team!!
