What an AMAZING experience. We treated our mom for her 70th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel SO special. She loved her “Pretty Woman” package and felt like a queen for her spa day. The facial, the manicure and pedicure were perfect. The team at West Spa is unbeatable. Special thank you to Angie as well for all her help making my mom feel so special!!!! Will definitely be going back!!!

I really appreciated Joanne thoroughness with the massage, considering I mistakenly booked 30 minutes, instead of 60 minutes, she did an amazing job. If you haven’t had a massage, deep tissue is the way to go, I’ll definitely be coming back.
