Off the charts amazing service!! Brought in my Google Pixel 9a, which was unusable because of a hardware issue. I left it in the clever hands of Owen, who figured out the problem, fixed it, and updated my phone. Once I got home, he patiently talked me through the necessary connections to my other devices. I had a fantastic experience at Mobile Klinik (Sources) thanks to Elan! He took the time to carefully assess my phone issue and was honest enough to let me know that the repair didn’t require a fee. His professionalism and integrity were truly refreshing—he could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs, but he chose to do the right thing instead.
