This is my second Jeep that I’ve purchased at Jeep Des Sources. Excellent service from Benny and Seb. The sales manger Seb, Pat in finance, Jonathan in marketing and Jean Marc and the gang in customer service. All of these people treated me with respect and worked with me to make my purchase possible. My sales representative was Carlo, what a guy!! He took the time to explain everything on the inside of the vehicle and the outside accessories. Carlo really went over and above. Thanks to the entire team at Des Sources.

Great people to talk to but I am not so sure about giving your car to them if you are going to see it back!Promises are made, promises are broken, confirmations are given, and confirmations are altered to end up without a car, what was supposed to be a half-day job ended up having the car overnight with them and me being carless!!!You might wonder, why I am giving them 3 stars and not 1, well because of the good people and good intentions but not because they have a solid process that might lead to customer satisfaction, well at least they are trying but one can hope that the will mature soon to the A class of service.
