Robert (Bobby) is such a wonderful tradesman to work with. My wife & I always say that when he tells you the time he will be at your home; he is there. The same for his team who are scheduled for a repair. They show up on time and also do excellent work!
Initially chatted with Scott to get a consultation and then worked with Rob who came same day to evaluate the issue which was a parging job needed to fix a crack above foundation.Their communication was great throughout and the service was booked and completed within 3 days of initial contact (they came on a Saturday to get it done).The work was very professionally done and I’m confident this will stop any rainwater from penetrating inside the walls which can become a huge problem.I highly recommend speaking to Scott and Rob for your masonry needs.
Just had some brickwork done on the chimney of my house by CMS, as well as a front step concrete repair (they were able to squeeze that second one in last minute, luckily!?) Robert Frank was wonderful in coordinating the work and his team before, during and after service. Very much appreciate his knowledge and accessibility. Not to mention the master masonry skills of Scott Leggo - amazing brickwork! And Victor as well, with his great concrete repair. Highly recommend this company and crew. Super nice guys to boot! ?
