This is the second time we have used their services, for our condo in 2020 and a mobile home earlier this week. It explains why such a problem exists and how to solve it by citing the construction/electrical/plumbing code articles if necessary. It's not embarrassing to ask him questions but he explains as he inspects so it's often not necessary. I recommand it.
