I needed a new muffler and didn't know who to go to, I called this place and they took me right away. Bob was so sweet! Such a genuine guy and he explained to me the issue I had very carefully. As someone that doesn't know much about mufflers this was super helpful! The service was very quick too.

The FORD dealer will get an earful, as I had asked them to look into this when I went in for servicing. They told me everything was alright! What a joke. Joseph and his mechanic saw it in 1 minute. 3 spots with an issue. And FORD Sources charged me $165 to verify this ! To be cont'd with Ford !
