Definitely 5 star service! A family business focused on customer satisfaction. A very nice choice of products and sound advice. We had an existing staircase sanded and finished and a new banister installed. No smell or damage. They communicated every step well. Sonia and Steve are very friendly. A pleasure to do business with them.

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars...our newly acquired house was in immense need of love for its parquetry floor...all damaged, stripped and showing very poor wear after 40 years of use without much care since a long time. Our first idea was to see the best option between tearing everything out or having it sanded and varnished. Sonia from Plancher Dubé came to see for a quote and strongly advised us to have it sanded and varnished, according to her, even with parquetry, a wooden floor is worth its weight in gold….we did such a good job. listen.
