Quick, fast service and very polite. He assessed the problem by removing a small piece of the aluminum covering on the balcony column, saw the different types of ants and he answered all my questions. He installed 5 big insecticide liquid plugs and foamed the posts. A second visit is due in mid August. He was supposed to refer a column repair firm, which I have yet to receive. A bit zealous on payment transfer which was done immediately but he had not received over July 1 holiday period. All this work within less then an hour and for $700.00 dollars approx, which we all found quite pricey!
