Never had a worst bad after buying service. 2 weeks for à réclamation without à tv in the house. You ask for à supervisor they never call back. Never again i will pay for this service.

Very bad telephone service, I call to cancel protection plans and the payment always goes through months later, all the misery in the world to just cancel payments, extremely frustrating and disappointed

Almost impossible to reach by phone. Always hours of waiting. I wanted to unsubscribe after a year because I had never used their service, I gave my information after 1 hour of waiting on the phone and they hung up on me. Never subscribe to their services.
