Le gym parfait pour apprendre comment bouger, être encadré, supporté et motivé. Entraînement de groupe avec un coach qui adapte au besoin les exercices pour toi. Mais c’est plus qu’un gym, c’est l’endroit qui te fait sentir comme dans une grande famille. Personne ne se compare, on s’entraide. :)
C'est l'endroit parfait pour faire des entraînements fonctionnels bien encadrés. Les groupes sont petits. Les coachs sont sympathiques. Il y a une ambiance positive d'entraide et d'encouragement. Pas besoin d'être un bodybuilder, simplement être quelqu'un prêt à s'engager pour mieux bouger! La santé, ça n'a pas de prix. Dans mon cas, ça m'a grandement aidé!
I am as surprised as I am happy to have found the right shoe for me at Engrenage. I was reluctant to go, thinking that it wasn't really like me, so I took a long time to think about it before trying. Now that 2 years have passed, I can say that I have no difficulty adding my workouts to my routine, it’s not even an effort! I know that this is the way to achieve my goals of aging well and being able to do what I love for a long time! Because the service offered would not be found anywhere else.
