N&R sol is a solid professional HVAC company. While shopping for a new Heat-pump and furnace they were quick to visit my home for a review; quickly followed up with a competitive price offering reputable products and patiently answered all my questions. I recommend this company, they are great and knowledgeable!
We have had a maintenance contract with N&R Sol for decades from when we had a dual oil/electric furnace and heat pump. The maintenance service has always been great so when we had to change our system to 100% electric we used them. Installation was good. I may have received a product that has a defect since it was installed in 2022 and so far in 2024 and 2025 the air conditioning was not able to cool the home off. Turns out there is a small leak in a part of the heat pump that was leaking the gas (Freon or refrigerator coolant not sure). I recommend this company. They were very efficient with the whole process. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I feel very confident with the product they recommended to me and the workmanship of the technicians who did the installation. Great experience and value for the money!
