I went to Salon Chatelle Concept for the first time this week, and I wanted to say THANK YOU to the whole team, the owner Harry, Stephanie, Christine, and everyone else that were there. I felt welcome, understood, heard and they achieved exactly what I wanted.
Having asian hair has been a struggle for me to find the right salon that will treat my hair right, but these stylists know what they’re doing. I’ve never felt so minimal damage to my hair before and it’s life changing. I’ve struggled with dead bleached hair for years, I finally grew it out and wanted to give coloring a second try.

Everytime I enter the shop, I feel like home. Exceptional staff makes you feel welcome from the get-go. Recently, I have been using the Privée section upstairs - the ultimate in relaxation and pampering. Highly recommend. Oh, and the services? Top-notch! Ty, Julie
The staff at this salon are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Harry has been styling my hair for years, and his expertise and helpfulness are always top-notch. Without a doubt, the best salon in Châteauguay!
