My parents have 2 nice cracks in the basement. A 'specialist' came to tour the house from the outside only and told them that it would cost a minimum of $20,000.00 dollars. My parents would have had to move the shed, remove trees and the fence so that the specialist could scrape everything around the house. That's another minimum of 10,000.00 from another contractor.
